Responding to Peer and Student Incivility
Lead: Meg Gorzycki, Ed.D. - Faculty Development Consultant
This session will help faculty identify the resources on campus that are helpful in resolving conflicts. Faculty will consider a variety of useful strategies for responding to incivility and explore the ways in which individuals can work to shift cultural norms in environments that have been problematic and that have interfered with collegiality and productivity. This session will be co-facilitated by Patricia Davis, Student Health/Counseling and Psychological Services.
