11th Annual Public Lecture Series for Women's History Month and International Women's Day: Mujeres de Conciencia/Women of Conscience

Lead: Women's History and International Women's Day Planning Committee, SF State University

Reading, wRioting, and Reclaiming: Feminism(s) Empowerment and the Crisis in Public Education.

The Series consists of eight weekly events in March of speakers and films that bring together SFSU scholars, activists, writers and community organizers to discuss topics related to women in a global context.

Panel 2: Mujeres de Conciencia/Women of Conscience
Trailblazers, artists, revolutionaries, luminarias,educators, activistas, politicos, juesas y abogadas,health advocates, medicas, periodistas, and authors are just a few of the words that describe the livelihoods and what runs through the veins of Mujeres de Conciencia/Women of Conscience. Meet and greet the sisterhood of Mujeres de Consciencia/Women of Conscience and listen to their life-touching and life-changing stories.
