Strategic Decision Making and Change Management
Lead: Jeannie Cheng, Associate Director of CTFD
In this session, we will introduce models to help you understand your change initiatives. Learn how to view them through multiple perspectives, and explore methods of analyzing the forces that affect your desired change. We’ll also creatively brainstorm solutions and develop strategies for a successful implementation of your goals.
