Classroom Technology: The Workshop You Can’t Afford to Miss

This session will introduce you to the actual technology you’ll use in their day-to-day teaching, explain how to make the most of it and understand its limitations, and let you know where to go for help and further training. Topics include: Electronically enhanced classrooms with special emphasis on use and troubleshooting; practical tips for users; accessing manuals and tutorials on the Academic Technology web site; training opportunities available; equipment for checkout; media catalog and checkout policies. If you plan on using a laptop, play back media or access the Internet as part of your lecture, this session is for you.
