Energizing Your Course By Design
Lead: Meg Gorzycki, CTFD Faculty Consultant
Participants will acquire new strategies for student engagement that target learning outcomes and bring a renewed sense of relevance to the course. The utility and logistics of interviews, journaling, “pair shares”, debate, “take a stand,” and “document detective” will be explored. Bring your syllabi, lesson plans and student assessment tools to the table and come prepared to reenergize!
Offered in three segments, each workshop will investigate different engagement techniques. Attend one, two or all three sessions.
