Our campus community is interested in your areas of research. This information will be distributed to your colleagues and presented at the Opening Convocation where new faculty are introduced to the University.

Orientation

Will you be attending the New Faculty Orientation on August 10, 11, 12, and 13, 2009?

If you are not attending, please let us know why.

Would you like to request a complementary campus parking permit for the duration of the orientation? Parking permits can either be picked up from the CTFD office or will be mailed by August 1, 2009.

Family Dinner and Reception

Will you be attending the Family Dinner and Reception on Thursday August 13, 2009 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM?

You are encouraged to bring guests to the Family Dinner and Reception. If you wish to bring more guests than this form allows, please contact the Center for Teaching and Faculty Development by e-mailing ctfdreg@sfsu.edu.
