a. What is your current level of statistical or methodological expertise in the area (e.g. conversant with Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS)?

b. What are the additional skills to be acquired from the specific training (e.g. learning advanced Structural Equation Modeling using LISREL)?

c. How could the skills benefit you?

d. How could the skills you learn be transferred to others (e.g. teaching grad students or, during office hours consultations with other faculty)?
